I am a woman in my 50s living in Skarpnäck. I have had cerebral palsy (CP) since birth and was diagnosed with a mental disability a few years ago. In my daily life, I prefer staying at home and taking it easy, but I also enjoy going out into the city. My well-being varies, which means I sometimes lack the energy to complete everything I want to do in life. I need you to motivate me and help me pace myself when necessary. I love animals, especially dogs, and one of my assistants regularly brings their small dog to work. Therefore, you must be comfortable in an environment where pets have been present. You must also not be allergic to cigarette smoke. About you: I am looking for a female candidate, aged 25–50, who wants to work as my personal assistant during days, evenings, nights, or weekends. Experience working as a personal assistant or with mental health issues is a plus, but not a requirement. However, it is important that you have "thick skin" and can handle challenges with resilience. You should be positive, patient, secure, generous, and have a strong work ethic, just like my other assistants. I require you to be proficient in Swedish, both in speaking and understanding, so that our communication is clear. I have 24/7 assistance with on-call duties at night. The position: Working hours are varied and include day, evening, on-call night, and weekend shifts according to a rotating schedule at 30%. Additional work may occur if needed, for example, during sickness or planned holidays. More shifts will be scheduled during the summer. Start date is ASAP. To be employed, you must present a valid ID, a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (polisregistret), and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden.
