Lindö Bemanning is a newly established staffing and recruitment company with a focus on the collective workforce side, particularly within industry, production, and warehousing. We are now looking for a Head of Consulting who wants to develop the business together with us. We are part of the AxÖ Consulting group, which gives us security, experience, and strong support, while also allowing us the opportunity to build something of our own.

For us, this role is about finding someone who wants to develop Lindö Bemanning long-term. It will require responsibility, commitment, and strong personal drive, but there will also be great opportunities to influence both the business and your own development along the way, says Tobias Björk, Group CEO and partner at Lindö Bemanning.

A role close to the operations

As Head of Consulting, you will work closely with the operations from day one. Initially, there will be two of you building the company together, supported by strong backing from the group owners.

The role will be broad. One day may involve customer visits, networking, and dialogue with clients. The next day, the focus might be on dialogue with employees, occupational health and safety issues, or supporting operations where needed. The pace is sometimes high, requiring both independence and a lack of ego.

For us, it is important to find someone who is motivated by this type of environment and way of working.

We operate in a part of the staffing industry where relationships, responsibility, and structure are crucial. Many of our customers are within industry and production, which places high demands on understanding occupational health and safety, security, and flexibility.

This is not a role for you if you want a clearly defined daily routine where everything is already in place. However, we believe it suits you if you like responsibility, thrive around people, and are motivated by building something long-term.

Examples of responsibilities:

  • Build and develop Lindö Bemanning together with the company's CEO.
  • Work with customer processing, networking, and sales.
  • Be responsible for recruitment and staffing for industry, production, and warehousing.
  • Match consultants to customers' needs and follow up on deliveries.
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers and consultants.
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and search work.
  • Work with occupational health and safety issues and collective agreements.
  • Participate in customer visits, workplace visits, and safety rounds.
  • Contribute to developing working methods, structure, and culture in the company.
  • Help strengthen Lindö Bemanning's local presence and brand.

The role entails full personnel responsibility for the company's consultants.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in staffing, recruitment, or similar operations.
  • Experience in customer contact, sales, or relationship-building work.
  • Good administrative skills and a structured approach to work.
  • Understanding of occupational health and safety issues and labor law matters.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Category B driver's license and access to a car.
  • A good ability to navigate digital tools.

An established network and experience from industry, production, or warehousing are seen as strong merits. If you are earlier in your career, we would prefer that you have post-secondary education in a relevant field.
