About the position

We are looking for two new employees who want to work as personal assistants.

Position 1: A fixed shift every Tuesday and Saturday night with sleeping on-call duty from 17:00–09:00 (waiting time 8.5 hours).

Position 2: We are also looking for you who want to work as a temporary substitute as needed and during the summer. During this period, the work may include both day shifts and shifts with sleeping on-call duty.

The client requests female assistants.

Responsibilities:

• Support in daily routines and household chores
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
• Practical support at home and in everyday activities
• Lifting may occur during transfers

Shifts (Weekdays and Weekends):

• 17:00-09:00 Sleeping on-call duty with 8.5 hours of waiting time
• 09:00-17:00

About the client

The client is a woman in her mid-70s. She needs support and help in her daily life. The tasks include, among other things, support with transfers, cleaning, doctor's visits, cooking, personal hygiene, and encouraging and finding activities.

Requirements:

• Physically strong, manual transfers occur
• Ability to work sleeping on-call duty with waiting time
• Experience working as a personal assistant or within care and social services
• Non-smoker

Scope: 2 positions

Start date: Interviews are conducted continuously and can be filled before the last application date.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

Things to consider before applying:

A prerequisite for starting an employment at Bonzi is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and submit a proof of residence (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the proof of residence from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (criminal record extract). From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
