RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be part of one of our work teams or subject groups and teach mathematics for grades 7-9. The position also includes mentorship.

Your responsibilities include:

• planning, implementing, and following up on teaching in the subjects you are responsible for
• analyzing teaching and results
• exercising mentorship/performing homeroom teacher duties
• parent contacts
• contributing to school development
• collaboration with the student health team, school management, and external parties
• school-wide values-based work
• teamwork
• working and documenting in the operational systems in use

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with the qualification to teach mathematics for grades 7-9.

You are a confident and clear leader in the classroom with good subject knowledge and have an easy time creating and maintaining good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You value and contribute to good collaboration by having an open, accommodating, and problem-solving approach. You are structured and have the ability to plan, organize, and analyze students' learning as well as your teaching structure in an effective way that leads to desired results.

To contribute to the school's continued digital development, you are expected to possess good IT skills and be able to easily adopt digital systems. Furthermore, you master the Swedish language to the extent that you can communicate with students, colleagues, and guardians, and that you can document in writing what the operations require.

Experience in working with language-developing methods or Swedish as a second language is an advantage.

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: 6 months or longer.

To work in preschools, schools, as well as youth and leisure activities, you must, according to the Register Control Act, provide a certificate of good conduct from the police's criminal record register.
