Internal Auditor at SSAB – contribute to the development of a global industrial group. Do you want to work in a strategically important role where you can combine analysis, business understanding, and international networking? SSAB is now looking for an engaged and business-driven Internal Auditor for Group Internal Audit, based in Borlänge.
As an Internal Auditor at SSAB, you will play a central role in developing and strengthening the group's business management, risk management, and internal control. You will become part of a team that works closely with the operations and contributes to improvements that create long-term value for the entire group.
The role involves participating in the entire audit process – from audit proposals, planning, and execution to reporting and follow-up. Audits are often conducted together with a colleague and cover SSAB's operations both in Sweden and internationally. This position therefore offers excellent opportunities to build a broad network and gain a deep understanding of the business.
You will work in a dynamic environment where you have the opportunity to challenge existing working methods, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to the development of efficient processes and sustainable working practices within the organization.
The position reports to the Director, Group Internal Audit.
We are looking for someone who has
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience in external or internal audit.
- Experience from controlling or finance functions is an advantage.
- Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (reports and work documentation are conducted in English).

Recruitment process:
In this process, final candidates will be required to complete a Business Case and will also be tested on their English skills. For final candidates, background checks, health checks, and reference checks will also be conducted.
