The role of Preschool Teacher with us

At our preschool, we work closely together and value laughter, engagement, and a shared responsibility for the operations. You will lead the work in a group with the older children together with a childcare assistant.

In your role, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on the curriculum. You capture the children's curiosity, challenge their learning, and create opportunities for participation and influence. You also have a close dialogue with guardians and contribute to an open and trustful collaboration. Reflection, collaboration, and dialogue – both within the work team and with guardians – are a natural part of your work.

Your profile

You have a fine combination of competence and personality, where your engagement and your way of meeting the children are noticeable in everyday life. You feel secure in your role and enjoy leading teaching together with others. At the same time, you are curious, engaged, and see possibilities in the daily work.

A warm and attentive approach to both children, colleagues, and guardians is important, as is enjoying collaboration and contributing to a positive work environment. At our preschool, relationships, security, and shared learning are a natural part of everyday life. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Personal suitability is given great weight.

Our offer and other information

We offer a fixed-term full-time position with a start date of August 3rd or as agreed. The employment extends until June 30, 2027, with a possible extension.
