We are looking for a leisure-time pedagogue or a teacher for leisure-time centers (fritidshem) at Brevik School.

Your Responsibilities

At Brevik School's leisure-time center and school, we base our work on good relationships, both with students and parents as well as with colleagues. As a pedagogue in the leisure-time center, you drive the pedagogical work forward together in a work team. You contribute with your own drive for development, planning and carrying out activities with great engagement, while also participating in developing the operations together with the rest of the team. We are constantly working to develop our leisure-time center to create an educational and joyful environment based on current guidelines.

You also collaborate with teachers and other school staff based on emerging needs and the competencies required during school hours. We strongly believe in utilizing the power of collegial learning to learn together.

Your Qualifications

You are a certified leisure-time pedagogue or teacher for leisure-time centers, or have other pedagogical education/competence that the employer considers equivalent.

You should be clear in your professional role and willing to contribute your competence for the benefit of students, parents, and colleagues. It is also important that you are secure in your role as a pedagogue and have a desire to contribute to a good work environment together with your colleagues. We also value that you are communicative, solution-focused, and have a professional attitude towards your surroundings.

Other Information

The position is subject to a background check. Applicants must provide a certificate of good conduct from the police before employment begins.
