Smedbyskolan is located just outside Kalmar city center in Smedby. With good public transport connections by train and bus, commuting is easy. Smedbyskolan is a comprehensive school covering grades 0–9. We offer all subjects for the comprehensive school on-site.

Job Responsibilities

Planning, implementation, and evaluation of teaching, as well as grading, in the subject Modern Languages – French. The position also includes standard teacher duties related to values-based education and character development.

Qualifications

Certified teacher in Modern Languages – French for grades 6–9. Qualification in combination with another subject is an advantage and may lead to an expanded scope of duties.

Employment Terms

• Salary: Monthly salary.
• Employment Type: Permanent position.
• Working Hours: According to schedule. French teaching is based on 50% of a full-time position, distributed over three days. Thursday is a full day (08:00–15:30). Teaching on Monday and Wednesday takes place from 08:00–12:00.
