At Dalec AB, we are now looking for a self-sufficient accounting consultant who wants to become part of a small team with close customer relationships, varied tasks, and great opportunities to influence their daily work.

About the role

With us, you will have a broad and varied role where you work closely with both customers and colleagues. We are a small firm with short decision-making paths, high trust, and great flexibility in everyday life.

We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient in:

• Ongoing accounting
• Year-end closing
• Financial statement reviews
• Tax returns
• Customer contact and own customer responsibility

Experience with payroll administration is a plus.

We always help each other within the team, and support is available when needed, but we are looking for someone who feels confident in driving their own assignments forward and enjoys close contact with customers.

How we work

We primarily work in Fortnox and Capego.

The work mainly involves ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliation, monthly reporting, VAT submissions, payroll, and preparing financial statements and annual reports.

The position is primarily located at our office in Falun. We believe strongly in working closely together in everyday life, both for collaboration and team spirit.

At the same time, we have a very flexible work culture where we try to make everyday life work for everyone. If you need to work from home occasionally or adjust your day as needed, there is great freedom under responsibility.

• Have a few years of experience from an accounting firm or similar work
• Feel confident in independently managing your customers and tasks
• Are responsible and solution-oriented
• Are structured and detail-oriented

• Enjoy customer contact and building long-term relationships
