About the employer

I am a working woman with an active lifestyle living on Södermalm.

I work as a journalist, train regularly, and have a dog. Structure, pace, and clarity are important in my daily life. I use a manual wheelchair and have clear routines for how I want my assistance to function. As my assistant, you will work closely with me – respecting my way of leading, living, and planning.

About the role

As a personal assistant, you will support me with both daily routines and practical tasks. The job requires sensitivity, initiative, and the ability to switch between being in the background and taking an active role when needed.

Examples of tasks:

• Help with dressing, hygiene, and transfers
• Practical chores at home and assistance
• Adaptability in a daily life that requires focus, pace, and flexibility

Who am I looking for?

I am looking for someone who:

• Is a woman, confident, discreet, and tidy
• Takes initiative without taking over
• Thrives on clarity and direct communication
• Has an interest in exercise or physical activity
• Lives in or near Stockholm
• Is available to step in with short notice, primarily evenings and weekends

Conditions

• Scope: Hourly employment as needed
• Location: Södermalm, Stockholm
• Working hours: On-call for sickness/vacation coverage, days, evenings, and weekends
• Salary: According to collective agreement (approx. 155–160 SEK/hour)
• Employment: Via STIL Assistans AB
• Start: As agreed
