Welcome to apply for the position of preschool assistant (barnskötare) located at Ekbackens Preschool. The area also includes Pepparmyntan Preschool, Hånger Preschool, and Nattis. We work with a dynamic learning environment that leads to increased opportunities for influence for the children, with a focus on ensuring that all children develop according to their own prerequisites and needs.

Responsibilities

As an employee in the Gröndal preschool area, you contribute to the implementation of the preschool's mission according to the curriculum. We strive to ensure that everyone feels included. Through your professional approach, you are research-oriented, curious, and creative together with the children. The work is carried out with trust and in close cooperation with guardians and families. Together with colleagues, you create a solid foundation for children's development and learning in an stimulating and creative environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a preschool assistant education. Experience from preschool operations is an advantage. You are clear, sensitive, and calm with great patience, have an easy time building relationships, and are a secure point in everyday life. You have a solution-oriented work style with the ability to create engagement and joy in work. We place great emphasis on a professional attitude, good interaction, and personal suitability.

Conditions

Our department is responsible for preschools, primary schools, upper secondary schools, adult education, and arts schools in the municipality.
