About the role

You will become part of our Data Content & Quality team at one of Sweden's leading credit reporting agencies. Here you will work in a dynamic environment where quality, development, and innovation are central parts of everyday life.

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that data is delivered, handled, and integrated correctly into our databases. You will also work with investigations and quality issues related to our data management.

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, has an eye for detail, and enjoys taking responsibility. You are curious, eager to learn new ways of working, and contribute with structure and commitment to your work.

Examples of responsibilities

• Ensure that data is delivered and handled correctly and securely
• Be responsible for contact with various data suppliers and maintain good collaborations
• Communicate with authorities in connection with investigation matters and quality work
• Receive, analyze, and investigate cases related to data quality
• Communicate with companies and private individuals via email and phone
• Handle some postal administration

We are looking for you who

• Have a high school diploma, preferably in economics or administration
• Have 1–2 years of experience in administrative work
• Have good knowledge of the Office suite and feel confident in various IT systems
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
• Are structured, responsible, and quality-conscious

Meritorious

• Understanding of data and data flows
• Experience with SQL and databases
