As a system developer at Växa, you have the opportunity to work throughout the entire development process – from requirements to implemented solution. We work in teams where collaboration, agility, and quality are in focus.

Our teams develop and maintain several in-house systems that support Swedish agriculture. We strive to stay at the forefront regarding modern development tools, methods, and technologies. Some of our systems are already there, while others are in a transformation phase, moving from older technologies to our new platform.

Who are you?

You have several years of experience in system development; whether you specialize in full-stack, backend, or frontend matters less. You likely have relevant education, but equivalent work experience is also an option. You must have good proficiency in Swedish.

You have experience with:

• .NET
• C# or similar languages
• SQL

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of:

• Visual Studio
• Azure DevOps
• Cloud services
• JavaScript frameworks
• AI in system development
• Agile methods/Scrum Master
• The green sector/agriculture

As a person, you are responsible, detail-oriented, and enjoy challenging yourself. You thrive in team environments where you share your expertise and participate in constructive dialogues to find the best solutions for Växa's systems and users. You are also curious to learn more about Växa's customers, operations, and the green sector in Sweden.

Additional information

The position is full-time with salary and start date according to agreement.

Location: Eskilstuna or Uppsala, with some possibility for remote work.
