Ludvigsborgsskolan is a secondary school covering grades 7–9, including a special needs school for grades 7–9 and a special teaching group for students within the autism spectrum. We are now looking for you who are a teacher for our special needs school grades 7–9.

Your responsibilities

You will, together with the work team, be responsible for the teaching. Together with the student assistants and other educators, you will plan, implement, and evaluate the work according to the curriculum.

As a teacher, you work to promote each student's development and learning. It is your responsibility to create good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You are an adult role model for all students at the school.

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who have teacher education and teacher certification for grades 4–9. If you have previous experience in pedagogical work within special needs schools, we see this as meritorious.

To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have a good ability to collaborate, be receptive, and easily put yourself in other people's perspectives. You need to be secure in yourself, stable, and have good self-awareness.

It is important that you have a well-developed pedagogical ability. You have a good understanding of how children and young people absorb knowledge and about different prerequisites for learning.

It is also important that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changed circumstances in the operations.

Other
