The Role of Healthcare Administrator
You will work with healthcare information management, diagnosis and procedure classification, medical documentation, and other healthcare administrative tasks. Several development projects are underway in the operations, where you, together with other professional groups, play a key role. We offer a permanent full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon. We are looking for a healthcare administrator based in Vetlanda.

Your Future Workplace

As a healthcare administrator at the psychiatric clinic, there is an opportunity to work in both outpatient and inpatient care. Our outpatient activities include psychiatric clinics in Eksjö, Nässjö, Tranås, and Vetlanda. The clinic's other operations are located at Höglandssjukhuset in Eksjö and include inpatient care, emergency clinic, care on-call services, as well as referral and assessment units. On the healthcare administrative unit, we are 21 healthcare administrators with our base locations at the clinic's various units.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a healthcare administrator with coding education. Experience with the medical record system Cosmic is an advantage. You are a good communicator, both verbally and in writing, and have a genuine interest in healthcare and business administration, medical documentation, digital systems, and general IT usage.

To thrive in the role of healthcare administrator with us, you have a high sense of quality, customer service, and flexibility. You have good collaboration skills and can plan and structure your work in an efficient manner. You enjoy working both independently and in a team, are interested in new challenges, improvement work, and developing your professional role. Personal suitability is given great importance.
