Hemnovia is now seeking dedicated visitation supporters for our outpatient operations in Munkfors and surrounding areas!

Do you want to make a meaningful contribution and create safe and positive meetings between children and their parents? Then you could be our next visitation supporter!

About the role of visitation supporter

Some children lack a close relationship with one or both parents, which means extra support may be needed to create a safe and positive experience for the child. As a visitation supporter, your primary task is to provide this support when the child is having visitation with a parent they do not live with.

The role involves planning and coordination for upcoming visits in dialogue with your nearest manager, parents, the adults the child lives with, and our clients. During the visit, you are responsible for ensuring the planned structure is followed, you observe the situation, and assist if needed. Visits take place in public places, in a facility, or in the home where the child lives.

After a visit concludes, you are responsible for compiling a written and oral report for your nearest manager and client. You also participate in planning meetings and discussions with your nearest manager and client.

To fit the role of visitation supporter, you need to be secure, flexible, attentive, and structured. No specific degree is required; personal suitability is crucial for the role.

Scope and working hours

Visitation occasions are regular and can take place on weekdays and weekends. Often, visits occur with intervals of one week, two weeks, or a month. The meetings usually last between two and four hours per occasion.

The work offers flexibility and variation, where you, in dialogue with your nearest manager, are involved in planning the hours you work.

Why Hemnovia?

In your role as a visitation supporter at Hemnovia, you have the opportunity to be part of an organization that works with heart and for the best interests of the child. We offer a safe work environment where our core values – responsibility, commitment, quality, and development – permeate the entire operation. We value good team spirit, knowledge sharing, and competence development. Apply today to make an important contribution that truly makes a difference!
