The position is at Villstadskolan, a school for grades 4–6 located in central Smålandsstenar. The school has approximately 190 students across three grade levels.

Responsibilities

You will work as a craft teacher (slöjd) specializing in wood and metal crafts at Villstadskolan.

Together with the work team, you will lead and develop the pedagogical work towards the goals of the curriculum. The position involves varied tasks, is full-time (100%), and also includes teaching in grade 3.

Qualifications

You are a clear leader who creates good learning environments and relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are flexible and have good knowledge of working with students in need of various support.

With us, this means you have good cooperation with the manager and colleagues, both at your own workplace and throughout the rest of the municipality. You treat everyone with kindness and high quality. You take responsibility for participating in operational matters and are solution-oriented.

We apply register checks (extracts from the criminal record) as a form of suitability assessment for all offered employment in operations where there is direct and regular contact with children and young people.

Interviews are conducted continuously, and appointment may take place during the application period. The position will be appointed subject to the necessary decisions being made.

Teaching certification is required for a permanent employment.
