Kunskapsskolan Varberg is looking for a certified teacher for a parental leave substitute position in Home and Consumer Studies for grades 4-9, 50%

Who are you?

We are looking for a certified teacher in Home and Consumer Studies for grades 4-9. You should be well-versed in LGR-22 (the Swedish curriculum) and formative assessment. Experience from teaching is meritorious. We want you to be good at collaborating with colleagues, students, and guardians, and to be solution-focused.

About Kunskapsskolan Varberg

Kunskapsskolan Varberg is a primary and lower secondary school for grades 4-9 and currently has approximately 320 students. The school started in 2015 and wants to provide the best conditions for our students to succeed. We want the students to experience safety and study peace, as this is an important factor in reaching their goals.

Application and contact

The position is a parental leave substitute of 50% during the period August 2026 – March 1, 2027, with a possible option for extension. Selection is made on a rolling basis. A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required for work in schools.
