SAAND Assistans operates within personal assistance, escort services, and household services. We currently have offices in Linköping, Sundsvall, Uppsala, Solna, and Örebro, with our head office in Linköping. ********************** We are looking for you who want to work on an as-needed basis for a fun-loving and humorous young man who requires a calm and pedagogical approach. The young man has significant care needs, requiring help with everything from toilet visits and hygiene to afternoon activities. As a personal assistant, you will have a varied job where the day may include everything from daily chores and care to accompanying him to entertainment and events. The work involves supporting and motivating the client throughout the day. The young man's days should be filled with activities such as visiting the swimming pool, listening to music, practicing words, numbers, and songs, taking walks, and playing games. As a person, you should be positive, humorous, tidy, accustomed to taking initiative, patient, and passionate about helping others. You are welcome to have experience in personal assistance or care work, but it is not a requirement; the greatest emphasis is placed on personal chemistry. The work involves some heavy lifting and transfers, so you should have good physical fitness and feel comfortable handling bodily fluids. You must be non-smoking (mandatory) and it is a requirement that you have a driver's license and access to a car, as the young man may be located in areas where public transport is not viable. Your age should be approximately 25-45 years, and to ensure effective communication between you and the client, you must be proficient in Swedish in both speech and writing. It is desirable that you have a long-term perspective regarding your employment and that you can work extra hours as needed. An extract from the criminal record is a requirement.
