• A permanent position at 70%
• A fixed-term contract at 60% until the summer of 2027, with the possibility of extension

About the Role
As a receptionist here, you play a central and important role. You are often the first point of contact for our customers and become a reliable link between pet owners, veterinarians, and veterinary nurses. We are an emergency animal hospital, which means you need to be able to prioritize and make quick decisions – while treating every customer with calmness, empathy, and professionalism.

In the reception, we handle:
• Patient check-in and check-out
• Booking and on-site customer contact
• Retail sales and cash register duties
• Contact with insurance companies
• Advice regarding food and simpler products
• Internal telephone handling

The pace can sometimes be high, and the job requires you to enjoy handling multiple tasks simultaneously. The work also involves physical tasks and recurring heavy lifting. Working hours vary and include evenings and weekends.

The position involves working every other weekend and during major holidays – we are here for our patients every day, all year round. You will become part of a close-knit team where we support each other, share laughter, and together create a workplace to enjoy – even when the pace is fast.

You are self-assured, perceptive, and have the ability to build trust – even in situations that can be emotionally difficult. You thrive in a daily routine where much happens and where you can use both your structure and your flexibility.

• Are comfortable with computers and express yourself well in Swedish

Experience in reception, retail, or sales, or previous experience working with animals, is considered an asset.
