Welcome to Elundskolan! Elundskolan is a school for grades F-6 (preschool to grade 6) with approximately 280 students. The school is located in a residential area with easy access to nature. The educators have the opportunity to teach using outdoor pedagogy and use the outdoor environment as a classroom. Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an engaged teacher for grades 4–6 who wants to contribute to the students' knowledge and social development. Mentorship is included. You plan and conduct teaching based on the curriculum (Lgr22). An important part of your work is to capture the students' interest to make the teaching interesting and challenging. You document the students' learning and evaluate to help them reach further in their knowledge development. In addition to pedagogical work, you build relationships and collaborate with, among others, the student health team, guardians, and colleagues. You are part of one of the school's work teams.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a teaching license with eligibility to teach in Swedish, mathematics, social studies, natural sciences, or another combination, for grades 4–6. You are a clear leader and can create good relationships with students and colleagues. You have high expectations for students, believe that everyone can succeed, and are willing to create the best prerequisites for your students. Your pedagogical leadership also means that you are structured in your work, communicative in speech and writing, and possess digital competence. You have the ability to translate the curriculum and other regulatory documents into daily work. Together with other staff, you contribute to developing your workplace through ideas and suggestions for improvement.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability in combination with relevant education, and the position will only be filled if required decisions are made.
