Do you want to work close to the operations and contribute to creating good conditions for leadership and work environment? We are now looking for an HR Consultant.

We are an engaged team that collaborates closely with our managers and operations. By thinking new and coaching in HR matters, you help develop HR work throughout Vetlanda Municipality. Our core values – together, courage, joy, and respect – permeate everything we do.

In the role of HR Consultant, you primarily serve as a support to managers within a department or company, where you work both strategically and operationally. You provide support in both daily tasks and more long-term issues.

You work consultatively across the entire HR field and contribute to developing working methods, processes, and guidelines. You follow developments within HR and help drive issues forward in the organization. The role also includes creating conditions for good leadership through development work and support to managers in various HR processes.

You work as a generalist and have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in one or several specialist areas. The breadth of the assignment makes the work varied and developmental.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with many contact points and has a natural drive in their work. You are self-motivated, structure your work, and drive processes forward. You easily build relationships, communicate clearly, and meet others in a professional and service-oriented manner. You see the big picture, think long-term, and contribute ideas for development and improvements.

The position is a temporary assignment for approximately one year, with a start date of August 17th. The position is full-time.

Qualifications

• You have a university degree in HR or equivalent experience within the HR field.
• You have a valid driver's license (Category B).
• We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
