About the position
As a preschool teacher at a Dibber preschool, you are responsible for ensuring our pedagogical approach permeates your work.
You notice, verbalize, and strengthen situations that build trusting relationships where children and adults are equal. You work to build a positive community both in the care of the children and in the meeting with guardians, as well as within your work team.
You contribute with knowledge, creativity, engagement for learning, and patience. You celebrate the successes of the children and your colleagues, big and small, and rejoice in their new knowledge and discoveries.
You are responsible for carrying out planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation together with your work team. You share responsibility for quality, development, and operations in a way that makes children feel valuable, guardians experience security, and employees get the best conditions to do a good job.
We are now looking for a preschool teacher substitute for Dibber Fänsåker in Vagnhärad, for part-time or full-time (75–100%). The employment period is from 2026-07-31 to 2028-01-16 (1.5 years). Interviews are conducted continuously; the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Your qualifications
We are looking for you who are a certified preschool teacher.
- Interest and willingness to familiarize yourself with and operate the business based on Dibber's concept.
- Documented experience in pedagogical leadership.
- Documented experience from work in preschools, especially in pedagogical leadership.
- You are an active adult who sees every child, listens, and cares about what the children want to convey.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both written and oral.

Dibber was established in Sweden in 2017 and currently operates preschools, primary schools, adapted primary schools, and open preschools. Dibber's headquarters are located in Sollentuna, and the business is present in large parts of Sweden.
Dibber in Sweden is part of the Norwegian independent school group Dibber, which was started and is owned by two dedicated educators, Randi and Hans Jacob Sundby. The first preschool was started in 2003 in the small town where Randi grew up. Today, Dibber operates more than 600 preschools in nine countries around the world.
