About the Position

Ramdalsskolan is a primary school (grades F-6) with approximately 500 students. There are large areas around the school where students can spend their breaks or attend outdoor lessons. Adjacent to the school are a swimming hall, a sports hall, and a large sports facility. We are now looking for a Student Coach due to an increase in student numbers starting next academic year.

As a Student Coach with us, you serve as a support function throughout the students' entire school day, both in school and at the after-school center. Based on the students' needs and teachers' planning, you will contribute to increased safety and good academic results.

As a Student Coach, you are part of the after-school center's work team and will join an engaged group of highly competent colleagues.

Qualifications

You are a trained childcare worker and share our view that a good relationship between staff and students is the foundation for safety and learning.

Tasks as a Student Coach may vary depending on the student group you work with, so you should be flexible to work with students both individually and in larger groups.

Experience working with students with NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders), diabetes, and epilepsy is preferred. Great emphasis will be placed on the applicant's personal qualities, such as initiative, previous experience, responsibility, and teamwork skills.

Employment Terms

Employment Type: Permanent position.

Recruitment: Ongoing. The position will be filled provided it does not need to be taken by existing staff or if recruitment conditions change.
