We are now looking for two qualified teachers in modern languages (Spanish) at Stenhammarskolan. Position 1 covers 50% teaching of Spanish for grades 6–9, and Position 2 covers 40% teaching in the same subject and grade level. Both positions can be combined with teaching in other subjects where you are qualified.

HERE ARE YOUR WORK TASKS

Stenhammarskolan – a school for grades F–9 where the heart beats for the students, with knowledge and development in focus – has approximately 650 students and is centrally located in Flen. Here we see differences as a strength and diversity as an asset for both students and staff. Our school should be a safe, inclusive, and inspiring place where everyone has the opportunity to develop, both academically and socially.

As a Spanish teacher for grades 6–9, you will plan, implement, and evaluate teaching. You are responsible for creating a learning environment that is both inclusive and motivating, and that is based on the curriculum documents. Your teaching should meet the students' different needs and prerequisites, and you adapt the lessons so that all students have the opportunity to develop in the language.

You collaborate with guardians and other professional groups to support the students' learning in the best possible way. By creating a safe and orderly environment with high expectations, you help students reach their goals.

As a teacher at Stenhammarskolan, you are part of a professional work team where collaboration and collegial learning are in focus. You actively contribute to the school's systematic quality work, participate in meetings and training, and work together with your colleagues to constantly develop teaching. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

• You are a certified teacher qualified to teach Spanish for grades 6-9.
• You can plan, implement, and evaluate teaching with clear goals and assessment.
• You can use digital tools in teaching.
• You have good knowledge of curriculum documents, grading, and assessment.

About the positions:

We are looking for two qualified teachers in modern languages (Spanish) at Stenhammarskolan:

• Position 1: 50% teaching of Spanish for grades 6–9.
• Position 2: 40% teaching of Spanish for grades 6–9.

Both positions can be combined with teaching in other subjects where one is qualified, for example, English, French, or other modern languages.

• Start date: According to agreement.
• Salary: Individual salary setting.
• Last application date: 2026-06-01. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis.
