We are looking for Student Coaches at Ramdalsskolan in Oxelösund
In the archipelago town of Oxelösund, you have close access to housing, work, transport, services, nature, and the sea. The municipality, strategically located in eastern Sörmland, has 12,000 inhabitants and a rich cultural and association life. It is just over an hour to Stockholm and just under an hour to Norrköping. The regional airport, the E4 highway, and the railway are also nearby.

About the Position
Ramdalsskolan is a school for grades F-6 with approximately 500 students. The school has large outdoor areas that students can use during breaks or for outdoor lessons. Adjacent to the school are a swimming hall, a sports hall, and a large sports facility. We are now seeking three Student Coaches due to an increase in student numbers starting from the next academic year.

Responsibilities

As a Student Coach, you serve as a support function throughout the students' entire school day, both in school and at the leisure center (fritidshem). Based on the students' needs and the teachers' planning, you will contribute to increased security and good academic results.
As a Student Coach, you are part of the leisure center's work team and join an engaged group with high competence.
Qualifications
- You are educated as a Childcare Worker (Barnskötare).
- You share our view that a good relationship between staff and student is the foundation for security and learning.
- You are flexible and can work with students both individually and in larger groups.
- Experience working with students with NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders), diabetes, and epilepsy is advantageous.
- We place great emphasis on personal qualities such as initiative, work ethic, previous experience, responsibility, and teamwork skills.
What We Offer
The employment is fixed-term. Recruitment is ongoing. The position will be filled provided it does not need to be taken by existing staff or if the recruitment conditions change.
To be considered for employment, you must show an extract from the criminal record register before being hired. Such an extract must be ordered by you as the applicant. If you are of interest, the recruiting manager will provide more information.
Since Oxelösund Municipality is part of a Swedish-speaking administrative area in Finland, we welcome applicants with knowledge of Finnish. Other language skills in addition to Swedish and English are also seen as positive.
