We are now looking for an engaged and driven after-school care teacher specializing in older students, who wants to help develop our inspiring after-school activities.

About the Role

As an after-school care teacher with us:

• You drive pedagogical development work together with colleagues.
• You are part of a stable and positive work team with staff from three after-school departments.
• You actively contribute to developing the operations and creating a meaningful after-school time for our students.

You work with older students and play a key role in creating security, motivation, and a desire to learn – even after school hours.

Your Mission

You are responsible for:

• Planning and developing the after-school program based on the curriculum and Montessori pedagogy.
• Creating diverse, creative, and developmental activities.
• Strengthening students' skills, independence, and social competence.
• Starting from the students' needs, interests, and experiences.

This means we value the students' responsibility – both for their learning and for their environment, indoors as well as outdoors.

We are looking for you who

• Are a certified teacher with qualifications for after-school care.
• Have experience with, or interest in, working with NPV (Neurodevelopmental Disorders).
• Have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
