RESPONSIBILITIES

Häringe preschool is characterized by interested and engaged educators with a clear child's perspective. We work from a holistic approach where we weave in all curriculum areas into the operations. The preschool documents, among other things, through pedagogical documentation and digital tools. Our operations consist of six departments distributed across age groups 1-5 years. You will be part of a work group with preschool teachers and childcare assistants.

Based on the curriculum, you will lead and develop the pedagogical work at the preschool together with your colleagues. You will work with documentation, follow-up, and evaluation to challenge and support the children in their development and learning. If you are a newly graduated preschool teacher, you are offered a mentorship year with supervision from our lead preschool teacher.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a qualified preschool teacher. You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both orally and in writing.

As a person, you are curious and engaged and dare to challenge yourself and others. You, who are applying for the position, have a good ability to collaborate and to create good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are clear and receptive in your way of communicating. It is important that you want to contribute to creating a modern and creative preschool that has the children and education in focus.
