The role of teacher with us

As a teacher in the after-school center (fritidshem), you work together with your colleagues to create a safe and developmental learning environment where students have the opportunity to explore, play, and grow – both socially and academically. You are an important part of the school's whole and contribute to ensuring that every student has a meaningful and educational leisure time.

In your role, you help shape a 'share culture', where responsibility, inspiration, collaboration, and support are central values. You plan and implement activities that are based on the students' needs, interests, and right to influence. Through close collaboration with colleagues, guardians, and the school's other staff, you create the conditions for every student to feel seen, heard, and included.

Your profile

It goes without saying that you always have the student's best interests at heart. You are a role model for others, inspire and motivate, and have personal care as a starting point in your work and in your relationship with your colleagues. In this way, we create a strong culture that enables you to become your best self and also make others their best selves. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Personal suitability is given great importance.

We are looking for you who:

• are a certified teacher in after-school centers (fritidshem)

It is an advantage if you have:

• qualifications in music and/or crafts

Our offer and other information

We offer a permanent full-time position starting August 3, 2026.
