Do you want to work with pedagogy in a calm and secure environment?

As a nanny (home-based childcare provider), you welcome a small group of children into your own home and create a pedagogical operation based on your own ideas and working methods. You work with children aged 1–5 years and have the opportunity to shape both content, environment, and focus.

No formal education is required to work as a nanny, but our concept makes it possible to offer a favorable salary. This means that many preschool teachers also choose to work as nannies in collaboration with us.

Working as a nanny means you work independently, but are securely employed by us.

The job gives you time to truly see each child and build close relationships – something many feel is missing in larger groups.

We are looking for someone who

• Is passionate about working with children
• Has experience in childcare or other relevant background
• Is secure, responsible, and responsive
• Has a home suitable for childcare
• Has good collaboration skills
