Your role

As an LSS case worker here, you work in an experienced team with great commitment. You are responsible for your own geographical area and play a central role in ensuring legally secure case processing and high quality in decisions.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Conducting qualified investigations according to the LSS Act.
• Processing cases and making decisions under delegation.
• Follow-up and review of measures.
• Guiding and supporting residents to the right measures.
• Collaborating with internal and external actors.
• Contributing with data, statistics, and development in collaboration with our municipalities.

Formal competence requirements

• We are looking for you with a degree in social work, social care, or other education/experience that the employer assesses as equivalent.
• Excellent Swedish in speech and writing.
• A valid B-class driver's license is required.
• Digital identification with BankID.

Merits

• Experience of LSS case processing or public authority operations.
• Knowledge of Procapita/LifeCare.
• Experience with IBIC.

The employment

Permanent position at 100% with start date as agreed. The position is subject to necessary decisions being made. The employment may begin with a probationary period.

The LSS case worker is currently located at Support and Function within the Welfare and Labor Market Administration, which is organized directly under the Welfare and Labor Market Committee. The immediate supervisor is the Business Manager.
