Bilkompaniet in Hedemora is looking for a Damage Technician!

We are now looking for a driven and curious damage technician/mechanic, specializing in bodywork and damage repair, for our workshop.

We believe that you, as an applicant, are technically skilled, communicative, and naturally proud of your profession. When working as a mechanic with us, you should have a good business sense and understand the importance of putting the customer and service first.

Who are you?

To succeed in the role of damage technician/mechanic, we see that you have:

• A burning interest in technology and automotive mechanics
• Good administrative skills and computer literacy
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Advantageous if you have a background in damage technology

You are flexible and structured in your work, while also being responsible and seeing challenges as a natural step in your career.

You are socially outgoing, have good teamwork skills, and can work under time pressure. You pick up new instructions easily, and we consider it a given that you have a strong interest in cars and a sense for service.

A minimum of a B driver's license is required.
