About the role

At Perido, we are currently looking for a Communicator for our client, a modern and values-driven educational institution characterized by openness, development, and close collaboration among employees. Here, work takes place in an environment where digitalization and flexibility are central parts of the operations, and where new ideas are encouraged. The work will primarily be carried out on campus in Falun, but work also occurs on campus in Borlänge. Remote work is not permitted.

Key responsibilities in this role may include:

• Internal and external communication work, primarily at an operational level
• Planning, executing, and evaluating communication initiatives
• Target group surveys
• Designing informational materials
• Advising colleagues on communication matters
• Brand work
• Publishing, updating, and analyzing information on external and internal websites
• Work with digital channels and social media

Your profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you are a communicative and self-driven person with strong motivation and a good sense for target-group-adapted communication. You are structured, unpretentious, and have an easy time collaborating with different types of people. At the same time, you enjoy taking initiative and driving the work forward. You have an interest in digital communication and are accustomed to working both operationally and advisory in communicative matters. Furthermore, you are creative, solution-oriented, and have the ability to create clear and engaging communication across various channels.

Qualifications:

• University education, for example in media and communication or equivalent, and at least three (3) years of work experience from similar work. Alternatively, upper secondary education or equivalent plus five (5) years of work experience as a communicator
• Knowledge of digital communication and social media
• Knowledge of brand building
• Good skills in MS Office or equivalent
• Good skills in editing tools (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) as well as web publishing tools (e.g., Episerver, Sitevision, etc.)
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Knowledge of plain language

Scope and start date

Part-time 32 hours/week, consulting assignment for 3 months. Start 2026-09-01.
