Looking for a new team member for my fantastic assistance team.

I am a man with a spinal cord injury, paralyzed following a motorcycle accident in my youth. I live in the countryside just outside Västerås with my family. I have limited mobility in my arms and hands and am completely paralyzed from the chest down. I need help with my daily life, which includes morning and evening routines, assistance with exercise, cooking, daily hygiene, work, childcare, household chores, and support when I am out doing activities or just relaxing at home. I enjoy music, films, and games (both board games and video games). I like being on the lake and am very interested in mental health and well-being.

You are a calm and independent person with positive energy who has a sense for when your help is needed. You do not need to be formally educated, as personal chemistry, flexibility, and trust are the most important qualities. A key trait you possess is being attentive and able to adapt to different situations, as well as respecting my right to make decisions about my daily life. You are a non-smoker, have a driver's license, and access to a car as we live in the countryside.

The position is full-time (100%) and follows a 4-week rotating schedule as follows:

• Work shift 07:00 - 19:00.
• Work 2 days, off 2 days.
• Work 3 days, off 2 days.
• Work 2 days, off 3 days.

The cycle then repeats. This schedule is rolling and designed so that you have every other weekend off.

I am not looking for someone for a temporary collaboration, but primarily for someone with the possibility of a long-term collaboration. It is important that we can have fun and get along well so that my daily life flows smoothly and your workday feels rewarding.

We are a small, tight-knit group where everyone supports each other when needed, and for us, it is important that you are flexible, loyal, and share this mindset.

Hourly wage. Starting salary this year for a 100% position is an average of 30,400 SEK/month incl. 12% vacation pay. Wellness benefit of 2,500 SEK upon a fully credited year.
