The workplace is organizationally placed within both Individual and Family Care (IFO) and Care and Support (VoS) in Eda Municipality, where the position is distributed with 50% in each activity. The operations are conducted within the Social Committee, which comprises approximately 350 employees.

You are offered a varied position with broad insight into both social support and authority exercises as well as elderly care, disability support, and various care interventions. The work is carried out in close collaboration with several different professional groups.

The position is located in Charlottenberg, with good commuting opportunities by train.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to work strategically with quality, legal certainty, and development within social services? We are now looking for a Social Responsibility Coordinator (SAS) who wants to help strengthen and develop our operations.

About the role

As SAS, you have an overarching and independent responsibility to ensure quality, legal certainty, and regulatory compliance within the entire scope of social services, from authority exercises to implementation within elderly care and LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments).

You are a central function in our quality management system and work both strategically and close to the operations. The role involves analysis, follow-up, and development, while simultaneously serving as a qualified support to managers and leadership.

You collaborate closely with other key functions such as MAS (Medical and Social Coordinator), business developers, and managers.

Key Tasks

• Develop and follow up on management systems for systematic quality work
• Ensure legally secure processes within case handling and implementation
• Conduct quality reviews, analyses, and internal controls
• Responsible for Lex Sarah investigations and overall deviation management
• Follow up and develop social documentation
• Coordinate supervision and external audits
• Prepare materials and report to leadership and the committee
• Support managers and operations in quality and development matters
• Plan and implement training initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have:

• Relevant university education within social work, law, or other education that the employer deems equivalent
• Good knowledge of current legislation (SoL, LSS, LVU, LVM)
• Experience in quality work, follow-up, or development work within social services
• Good analytical skills and ability to work in a structured manner

It is meritorious if you have experience of:

• working in a strategic or coordinating role
• supervisory work or investigations
• working in a politically governed organization
