Employment and Integration Department

As an employment caseworker with us, you will become part of a close-knit and non-hierarchical team. Here you will receive a secure permanent position in a stable organization, combined with the excitement of helping to shape the implementation of the government's new activity requirements.
Job Responsibilities
As an employment caseworker, you are the engine behind the individual's journey of change. You work operationally and closely with individuals, but always keep the strategic goal of self-sufficiency in sight.
Focus areas:
- Method-based coaching: Guiding and motivating participants through mapping and action plans. We work in a method-driven manner to create real progression.
- Matching and internships: Developing and following up on participants, as well as creating bridges to the local business community.
- Collaboration that makes a difference: Being the link between the individual and actors such as the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen), the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan), and Social Services (IFO).
- Future processes: Playing a key role in implementing the new activity requirements and ensuring that our working methods are both effective and legally secure.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- University degree in behavioral science, social work, or other education deemed relevant by the employer for the position.
- Work experience within labor market issues.
- Computer literacy.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
