As a Process Leader, you will have a central role in a smaller organization with short decision-making paths and become a key link in the department's collaboration with Individual and Family Care (IFO) in connection with the introduction of the upcoming activity requirement. Job Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Process Leader involve coordinating and developing the department's teams (specifically the Resource Team and the Consultation Team EVI, "One Way In") as well as the structures and methods they need to succeed in their daily work.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Strategic Executive Support: Acting as a sounding board and providing qualified support to the Department Manager, ranging from daily operational issues to long-term planning.
  • Method and Process Development: Identifying potential for improvement in the department's routines and forms of collaboration to create efficient and legally secure flows.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Primary responsibility for monitoring the target group's progression. By transforming statistics into insights, you help us show results to Finsam and steer the operations correctly.
  • Collaboration Support: Actively participating in collaboration with Individual and Family Care (IFO) to ensure that the introduction of the activity requirement is synchronized and that our efforts support the process in the best possible way.

The position is fixed-term (special fixed-term employment) on a full-time basis (100%) and runs until September 30, 2027, with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • University/college education within social sciences, behavioral sciences, public administration, or other education that the employer deems relevant for the position.
  • Ability to express yourself fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Category B driver's license.
