SOS Church Stockholm and SOS Missions Bible School are now looking for an engaged and visionary employee for a full-time position with a shared focus between the church and the Bible school.

About the position

The position is divided into two main areas:

1. SOS Church Stockholm – Work with new members and young adults

You will play a key role in welcoming, following up on, and integrating new people into the church, with a special focus on young adults. The goal is to help people find their home, grow in faith, and become an active part of the community.

Your responsibilities include:

• Responsible for follow-up with new visitors
• Build and develop work among young adults
• Lead and develop teams and volunteers
• Create pathways into community, discipleship, and service
• Be a visible and relationship-building leader in the church

2. SOS Missions Bible School – Executive Director & Teacher

You will lead and develop the Bible school both organizationally and spiritually, as well as teach the students.

Your responsibilities include:

• Overall responsibility for the operation and development of the Bible school
• Planning and implementation of teaching
• Coach and follow up with students
• Help shape the school's vision and content
• Build a strong culture of faith, leadership, and mission

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a personal and living relationship with Jesus
• Has theological education
• Has experience teaching at a Bible school or equivalent
• Has experience serving as a pastor
• Has a heart for people, especially young adults
• Is a natural leader with good collaboration skills
• Is structured, proactive, and responsible
• Can teach and communicate God's word in a clear and inspiring way
• Shares the vision and values of SOS Church
