Full-time Housing Support Worker for Rilancio AB in Sala

Rilancio AB receives protected placements and is now looking for an engaged housing support worker to work with clients living in their own accommodation.

As a housing support worker, you will support clients in their daily lives with the goal of strengthening their independence and improving their quality of life. Our clients are in vulnerable life situations and often have additional issues such as addiction, mental illness, or psychiatric diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support with daily tasks such as shopping, cleaning, and cooking.
• Social skills training.
• Support clients during leisure activities.
• Motivate and guide clients to develop independence.
• Work according to an established work plan.
• Document performed efforts in the form of case notes.
• Collaborate with the housing support manager and other relevant contacts.

The work involves close, relationship-building efforts where you contribute to structure, security, and development in the client's daily life.

Working Hours: The position is full-time (100%). Some evening and weekend work may occur depending on the needs of the business. The schedule is planned in consultation with the housing support manager.

Qualifications:

• Education as a treatment assistant, social pedagogue, or other equivalent education.
• Category B driver's license is required.

Merits:

• Experience working with the target group.
• Education in MI (Motivational Interviewing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), or equivalent.
