About the role

In the role of HR and Payroll Manager, you have overall responsibility for both HR and payroll processes. You are an important partner to our managers and a secure support for our employees. The role is broad and varied, offering great opportunities to influence both content and working methods.

Your main responsibilities:

• Responsible for and quality assurance of the entire payroll process
• Develop and drive payroll audit work
• Work on improvements and development within both HR and payroll
• Prepare and administer employment contracts
• Plan and follow up on scheduling
• Support managers in HR-related matters
• Drive and develop onboarding and offboarding processes
• Actively work with employee engagement, motivation, and commitment
• Initiate and carry out improvement work within the HR area
• Have contact with schools, union representatives, and other external parties
• Provide coaching support to team leaders
• Train team leaders in feedback, difficult conversations, and leadership
• Responsible for employee care, well-being initiatives, and competence development
