Description

As a teacher with us, you will become an important part of our team, working to create a safe and inspiring environment for our students. At Ekenskolan, we are three teachers forming a work team around two classes in the same grade. The team utilizes each other's competencies to plan teaching that meets the students' diverse needs. We divide the subjects to teach together within the team, but we acknowledge that we will lack qualifications in Natural Sciences (NO).

Job Responsibilities

You are part of a work team in grades 4-6. Together with the team, you drive and develop the operations based on the curriculum and regulatory documents.

Qualifications

We look for candidates with teacher certification. You need to be solution-focused, flexible, and able to plan according to the varying needs of students and the organization. You should be able to take initiative, enjoy collaborating, and be stress-resistant and responsive.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and that your view of teamwork aligns with ours.

The position will be filled subject to necessary decisions being made. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.

We apply background checks (extracts from the criminal record) as a form of suitability assessment for all offered employment in operations where there is direct and regular contact with children and young people.

In Gislaved Municipality, full-time work is a right, and therefore vacant positions are advertised as full-time. Part-time work is of course an option if the operations can accommodate it.
