Opter is a leading provider of transport management systems and currently helps over 600 transport companies across the Nordics plan smarter, streamline administration, and improve communication in their transport flows. Opter's proprietary software is used daily by everyone from transport managers and drivers to logistics companies and end customers.
The company was founded in 2002 and currently has around 50 employees, with headquarters and product development in Stockholm, as well as operations in Norway, Denmark, and Finland. The support department currently consists of 11 people, with 8 working from the office at Globen in Stockholm, 2 in Norway, and 1 in Finland. Together, the team helps customers every day – and now Opter is looking for another colleague to join the team.
About the Role
As a Support Specialist at Opter, you play a central role in the company's contact with its customers. You guide users in the system, answer technical questions, and contribute to a smooth customer experience.
The role involves daily contact via phone and email, where you support customers with everything from simple user questions to technical troubleshooting and advice on smarter ways of working.
Here, you become part of a knowledgeable and cohesive team with close collaboration and a flat hierarchy, where everyone helps each other and shares knowledge.
Examples of Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers
- Train, provide support, and guide users in Opter's system
- Help customers troubleshoot and find solutions
- Gather feedback and maintain dialogue with the development team
- Contribute to a smooth and professional customer experience

Qualifications
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles
- Good computer literacy and experience working in various systems
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Merits
- Previous experience in support or customer service
- Experience in logistics, transport, or business systems
- Knowledge of Windows Server or TeamViewer
- Knowledge of additional Nordic languages

- Scope: Full-time
- Working Hours: 08:00–17:00 Monday to Friday with flexibility
