We are building a Content Studio for one of Sweden's most recognized brands — high tempo, high creative ambition, and a short path from idea to publication. We are looking for you who think in motion. Who instinctively knows how a clip should feel before it is cut, how an animation should breathe before it renders, and how timing in motion is as much about feeling as it is about technique. Not motion for motion's sake, but moving content that actually captures attention, drives engagement, and feels completely contemporary in the feed. And what you create reaches millions of people every day.
At Swedbank, you will have the opportunity to:• Work with one of Sweden's most recognized brands — and bring it to life in digital channels every day.
• Reach millions of people through Sweden's most visited digital platforms and channels — reach on a scale few motion designers ever get to experience.
• Set the standard for how one of Sweden's strongest brands looks in motion — you are not coming in to maintain an old legacy, but to build something new from scratch.
• Create moving content from idea to final delivery — motion design, animation, and digital storytelling for social and digital feeds.
• Translate messages and direction into animated formats that feel polished and contemporary.
• Work with templates and scalable motion production without losing creative feel.
• Work closely with content creators, copywriters, designers, and marketing teams in an environment where good ideas quickly become reality.
In this role, you need:• To be visually exceptional with an expression that leans towards creator rather than corporate. This is not a "good at After Effects" recruitment — I am looking for a natural feel for movement, rhythm, tempo, and storytelling, and you know in your gut when a clip works.
• 2–5 years of experience in motion design from an advertising agency, in-house agency, or creative environment — but if you are relatively early in your career with the right fingertip feel for what captures organic attention today, that is no obstacle.
• Very strong skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro — you work fast, unencumbered, and without searching through menus. The tools are a given, not the point.
• A portfolio that shows the difference between animation that "just" looks good and animation that actually does something — you know what you are doing and why.
• A strong sense of tempo, rhythm, and image composition, and an eye for visual trends — you are passionate about digital communication that breathes the present.
• Fast without becoming sloppy — you seamlessly switch between polished, heavier motion production and faster, scalable content production without ever losing the feel for the craft.
• You understand that we are a bank, but use that as a creative parameter, not an excuse to do safe and average things. Compliant without being cautious — you test the boundaries of what is possible but know exactly where they lie.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and already using it actively in your work – you test, explore, and find ways to work smarter and more creatively with the tools available.
• Experience working with, for example, Getty footage and integrating the material into various formats.
• Self-driven and ego-free — you see what needs to be done and drive the work forward without waiting to be handed a problem. You generously share ideas, take feedback with grace, and leave your ego at the door. This is not a wish, it is a requirement.
• Swedish and English — you work, think, and communicate equally well in both.
