Pool is now looking for a New Business Manager. This is a key role for you who want to build the company's commercial engine, create a strong pipeline, and develop long-term relationships with some of Sweden's most interesting companies.

Since 1998, Pool has helped companies build stronger brands and create communication that engages, touches, and drives business forward.
The agency combines strategic business development with creative communication and helps its clients all the way – from brand strategy and business development to campaigns and other communication initiatives.
Pool primarily works with larger companies seeking long-term collaborations within communication, branding, and business development.
The company currently consists of approximately 14 engaged employees in inspiring premises on Surbrunnsgatan in Stockholm. The culture is characterized by curiosity, lack of pretension, creativity, and a strong belief that good ideas and powerful experiences create successful brands.
About the role
As a New Business Manager, you are responsible for creating new business opportunities and building a long-term pipeline of future clients.
You work proactively to identify, contact, and develop relationships with marketing directors, CEOs, and other decision-makers in larger companies. You drive the dialogues forward, qualify business opportunities, and know when the right specialist from Pool should be involved to move the business forward.
You become the one who opens doors to future clients and contributes to developing Pool's future sales efforts.
Your main responsibilities
- Identify and process new customers
- Build and develop a long-term sales pipeline
- Contact marketing directors, CEOs, and other decision-makers
- Drive new customer processing via phone, LinkedIn, networking, events, and meetings
- Book and prepare customer meetings
- Qualify business opportunities based on needs, potential, and decision-making process
- Present Pool's offering in a business-like and inspiring manner
- Identify the customer's business challenges and link them to Pool's offering
- Responsible for structure and follow-up in CRM
- Follow up on leads from marketing activities
- Coordinate quotation processes together with colleagues
- Report pipeline and activities continuously
- Use AI and modern digital tools in the sales work
We are looking for you who
You have at least three to five years of experience in proactive B2B sales with documented good results. You are accustomed to new customer processing and consultative or complex service sales, and feel confident in dialogue with senior decision-makers.
You understand that Pool sells trust, ideas, and strategic competence, and has the ability to determine when the right specialist should be involved to develop the business.
We would also like you to have:
- Experience in consultative B2B sales
- Good business understanding
- Experience with CRM and structured pipeline management
- Experience working independently towards clear goals
- Interest in AI and modern sales tools
Experience from the communication, marketing, consulting, or agency industry is meritorious but not a requirement.
