About the role

We are currently looking for a student to join our client, a company in the pharmaceutical industry located in Solna, as a Marketing Coordinator on a 50% basis. The assignment starts in August and runs through the end of the year, with a possibility of extension.

This is an exciting opportunity for you, for example, if you are studying for a Master's degree in Marketing and wish to gain practical experience in how marketing is conducted in a regulated, international, and socially important industry.

In this role, you will support the marketing team in planning, executing, and following up on various marketing initiatives. You will become an important part of the work with campaigns, events, digital communication, and the creation of marketing materials, while gaining valuable insight into how marketing works in practice.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will coordinate marketing activities, create and follow up on campaign materials, and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers. The role suits you if you are structured, communicative, and want to combine your academic knowledge with practical marketing work.

Summarizing, your responsibilities include:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for the company's products
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, brochures, digital content, and sales support
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
• Ensure that marketing materials comply with relevant industry regulations and guidelines
• Plan and administer events, conferences, trade fairs, and webinars
• Support digital marketing activities, including content production and campaign follow-up
• Maintain marketing databases, follow up on campaign results, and generate reports
• Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing related to marketing activities

We are looking for someone who

• Is studying at a university or college, preferably on a Master's program in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a similar field
• Has a strong interest in marketing and wants to develop within a professional and regulated industry
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
• Has good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Is curious about the pharmaceutical industry and sees it as an advantage to gain understanding of marketing work in an industry with clear regulations and compliance requirements
• Thrives in a coordinating role where you can combine structure, communication, and creativity

About the employment

This is a consultancy assignment with employment at OIO. The assignment is on a 50% basis. The start is in August and runs through the end of the year, with a possibility of extension. There is also the possibility to work remotely up to 20% per week.
