The position is: A temporary position of 25 hours per week until 2027-08-20.

Start date: 2026-08-03 or according to agreement.

Working hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends occur as a natural part of the work.

You put the icing on the cake for the customer experience

You have the chance to make a big impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important task in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This can mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so that the customer finds their way in the store. You should ensure that the customer goes home happy – and preferably with an extra item in the basket and a good feeling in their body!

What will you do?

Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks are:

• Ensure that customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or with new inspiration).
• Work with restocking, orders, and create a pleasant store environment with well-stocked and selling shelves.
• Contribute to offering our customers fresh and inspiring fresh food departments.
• Collaborate with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help out where needed!

Who are you?

You are a natural problem solver who likes speed and action. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a great interest in food and selling goods? Super! If you have worked in a store with fresh food before – even better!

We believe that you:

• Have a high school education and master Swedish in speech and writing. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it is fantastic if you do too.
• Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaged.
• Enjoy doing things together and contribute with energy and joy.
• Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
