What you will actually do (for real)
You get a clear mandate: create business, win customers, and build long-term relationships.
But instead of selling "anything", you help companies find smarter, more profitable, and sustainable ways to manage their waste and resources.
Your focus:
Actively hunt for new customers and business (hunter-mode on)
Build relationships that last – and grow
Own your own budget and hit your targets (preferably with a margin)
Find solutions that make both the customer and the environment winners

Background that works here
Experience in B2B sales (preferably outbound)
Used to working in CRM and calculating business, Excel is good.
Experience in cleaning, waste, and/or recycling industry? Great.
Don't have that, but are a sharp salesperson? Even better.
A B-driver's license is required – the rest you will learn.
Practical
Location: Kallhäll or Länna
Position: Full-time
Start: According to agreement
Market-competitive base salary with possibility of bonus
Employment type:
Full-time, initial probationary period of 6 months which then converts to permanent employment.
