INBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR FINBIN AND TEAM TEJBRANT

Finbin and Team Tejbrant are leading players in solutions for public outdoor environments and urban infrastructure. As part of the growing Lehtovuori Group, the companies offer sustainable products such as weather protection, waste management, and street furniture to the Swedish market.

We are now looking for a business-oriented inbound sales representative who wants to play a central role in the continued growth of the sales organization. In this role, you work closely with customers and Area Sales Managers to strengthen brand presence and ensure high-quality service throughout the sales process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Finbin is now seeking a determined and customer-oriented inbound sales representative responsible for handling incoming inquiries, acting as sales support to colleagues, and working proactively to drive and develop the company's business. You are given a great opportunity to grow with the company and to drive sales independently.

As an inbound sales representative, you play a central role towards both customers, colleagues, and production. You handle daily dialogue with customers via phone, email, and Teams. You calculate and write quotes, place orders, and assist your colleagues who are also actively working in sales.

You drive proactive sales activities via phone and email and process customers within different customer segments. When the opportunity arises, you may represent the company at selected trade fairs and events.

As part of the Swedish organization, you help set goals and work towards the established targets.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Sales and customer service via phone and email to customers and resellers.
  • Preparation of quotes, order handling, and follow-up of sales-related activities.
  • Proactive contact with potential customers after completed campaigns and marketing activities.
  • Close collaboration with Area Sales Managers to develop and deepen customer relationships.
  • Answering product inquiries and providing technical and commercial information.
  • Ensuring smooth internal and external communication throughout the entire sales process.
  • Participation in trade fairs, customer events, and other marketing activities.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a knack for structure and thrives in a role with a high pace and many contact surfaces. You are a communicative person driven by creating business value and building long-term relationships. As a person, you are self-reliant and take responsibility for your tasks, while also valuing teamwork and collaboration to achieve common goals.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

  • Experience in sales and customer service, preferably with business customers (B2B).
  • Very good ability to express yourself professionally in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Good familiarity with working in modern system support such as AI, CRM, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • A methodical and proactive work approach with a clear customer focus.
  • Background in sales or marketing is advantageous, as is experience in inbound sales.
