Do you want to play a key role in developing smart, data-driven customer journeys while strengthening the brand through relevant and engaging communication? We are now looking for an Email and Marketing Automation Specialist with 2-3 years of experience who wants to take significant responsibility for developing and driving Svenskt Kosttillskott forward – where loyalty work is a vital part of the whole. You are expected to travel to Slovenia approx. 4 times per year.
About the role
In this role, you will have both operational and strategic responsibility, focusing on creating scalable, data-driven, and brand-enhancing customer experiences.
Your focus will be on automated flows and customer journeys, where you are responsible for developing communication that drives both business and brand. At the same time, you will be a key part of further developing the company's loyalty program (customer club).
You will become a key person in the team, expected to take ownership, drive initiatives, and act as a requirement setter for IT to ensure that solutions meet the business's needs.
Your main responsibilities
- Ownership and responsibility for all email marketing accounts (Klaviyo) for two Swedish e-commerce stores on multiple markets.
- Responsibility for the strategic and operational execution of email marketing activities, in line with the brand's priorities.
- Responsibility for creating scalable, data-driven, and brand-enhancing customer experiences.
- Follow up, analyze, and optimize activities based on data and insights.
- Contribute to the development of the company's loyalty program (customer club) and its connection to customer journeys.
- Work with integrations and external platforms such as Yotpo and Trustpilot.
About you
We are looking for someone who is proactive, analytical, and business-driven, and who thrives in a role where you get to combine technology, communication, and business.
You are confident in marketing automation and have the ability to work both operationally and contribute to forward development.
We believe that you
- Have 2-3 years of experience with marketing automation within e-commerce.
- Have worked in Klaviyo or similar MA systems.
- Have experience with email marketing (Requirement for the role).
- Have experience building and optimizing automated flows and customer journeys.
- Have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of key metrics (KPIs).
- Are structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking own responsibility.
- Are fluent in Swedish and English.
