The Swedish Inspectorate of Veterinary and Social Care (IVO) is in a development phase where our mandate is growing and placing increased demands on our supervision. To meet this, we are strengthening our operations and are now looking for a Procurement Coordinator for our office in Stockholm.
About the Job
As a Procurement Coordinator, your main tasks will involve conducting purchases, call-offs, direct procurements, and contract management. You will also work on developing the agency's e-commerce system. Together with procurement specialists and your direct manager, you will contribute to developing IVO's procurement and purchasing functions and follow up on contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute several parallel direct procurements.
- Plan and execute call-offs through renewed competitive procedures according to the Public Procurement Act (LOU), in close collaboration with the organization's buyers.
- Plan and execute contract extensions.
- Act as a consultative support to the buyer organization in purchasing and procurement matters.
- Participate in the development of IVO's purchasing process by contributing to the creation and improvement of routines, methods, and templates within purchasing and contract management.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have:

- Experience in conducting direct procurements and call-offs according to LOU.
- Experience working in procurement tools such as e-call-offs, Clira, or similar.
- Very good computer skills.
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both oral and written.
It is meritorious if you have:
- Several years of current experience working at a government agency.
- Experience with the e-commerce system Visma Proceedo.
- Experience in making call-offs from National Procurement's framework agreements.
Personal Attributes
To succeed in this role, you need to be self-reliant and take responsibility for driving your work forward. You are proactive and contribute ideas that develop both working methods and results. With a structured approach, you can handle complex issues, prioritize effectively, and move work forward even when several processes are running in parallel. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and buyers at different levels in the organization and have the ability to express yourself clearly, be receptive, and build trust in interactions with others.
We will place great emphasis on personal attributes and suitability.
